Port St. Lucie Police Department arrested two individuals early Wednesday after a SWAT team executed a search warrant at a home on Southwest Christmas Terrace. The action followed a weeks-long undercover drug investigation by the department’s Special Investigation Division, reminiscent of other recent incidents such as the arrest of Daniel Beyzer for impersonating an officer while intoxicated in Port St. Lucie.
Patricia Spencer and Kyle Malcolm were taken into custody at the residence. Police reported finding fentanyl, methamphetamine, Xanax, marijuana, and a digital scale during the search. Spencer faces multiple felony charges, including possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell. Malcolm is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. The investigation is ongoing, and the case draws attention to a series of recent local events, such as the arrests following the Harper’s Pub parking lot incident and the Fort Pierce online marketplace meetup that ended in a mass shooting. The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office continues to collaborate with local law enforcement agencies in addressing these incidents.
