Port St. Lucie Approves Land Sale for Costco, BJ’s Plans Gatlin Plaza Store

City leaders in City of Port St. Lucie, Florida have approved selling nearly 23 acres in Southern Grove for a proposed Costco Wholesale store land deal. BJ’s Wholesale Club is also moving forward with plans for a new location in Gatlin Plaza, as part of the city’s new development projects.
