The company has submitted revised site plans to St. Lucie County officials following earlier feedback. County staff are reviewing the changes, which are described as minor and are not expected to require another vote from county commissioners. This project remains one of the most anticipated Treasure Coast projects for 2026-2027, with the convenience store planned for a 2027 opening.
