Construction has started on the New York Mets‘ new Player Development Complex at Clover Park in Port St. Lucie. The privately funded project, with a $60 million investment, broke ground on February 18, 2026. The facility will replace the existing minor league clubhouse, with completion expected in time for Spring Training 2027 and the arrival of top Mets prospects.
