Port St. Lucie officials will review a proposed agreement with Costco Wholesale for the sale of about 22.8 acres in Southern Grove.
The site, located west of Interstate 95, south of Tradition Parkway, and north of Southwest Becker Road, is intended for a 170,000-square-foot Costco retail store and gas station. The matter will be discussed at a Governmental Finance Corporation meeting at City Hall on Monday at noon, following the recent approval of a land deal for the Costco store in Southern Grove. This development is part of the ongoing transformation in the Southern Grove jobs corridor.
