All parking areas at Vero Beach Regional Airport will transition to paid parking following a decision by the Vero Beach City Council on March 10, 2026. The move will allow a private operator to develop and manage up to 500 paid public parking spaces, with the aim of generating significant annual revenue for the airport fund.

According to official city documents and reports from the City Council meeting, all existing parking areas at Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB) will be leased to a private company, Envision Parking. This partnership is structured to create up to 630 total parking spaces, including at least 500 paid public parking spots. The decision comes as demand for airport parking grows with increased airline service from carriers such as American Airlines, JetBlue, and Breeze Airways.
